What is Quick Pay link?
If you are the business account admin you can create a unique permanent payment link that can be shared with your customers. This gives you the opportunity to accept payments online from your customers into your viva.com Account without the need for an e-commerce shop.
With Quick Pay the amount and description of the transaction can be specified by each customer according to their requirements.
How can I activate Quick Pay link?
1. Login to your viva.com Account from a browser
2. Click on the Create your link button
3. Enter your preferred text for the link, e.g. business name, and click on the Continue button
4. Click on the Create button to display a confirmation message
5. Select the Done button
You will see a Copy to clipboard button on your dashboard which you can use to send the link to your customer.
